In 2007, FDC further diversified its business by acquiring a 100% ownership interest in Pacific Sugar Holdings Corporation (PSHC) from AL. Gotianun, Inc. (formerly ALG Holdings Corporaton).

PSHC wholly owns three Mindanao-based sugar companies, namely Davao Sugar Central Company (DSCC), Cotabato Sugar Central Company (CSCC) and High Yield Sugar Farms Corporation (HYFSC). DSCC and CSCC both own and operate a sugar mill and refinery while HYSFC develops owned or leased farmland into corporate sugarcane farms.

PSHC is the holding company of the sugar Subsidiaries. In CY 2012-13, they had a combined milling capacity of 10,500 tons of sugarcane per day (TCD) and a refining capacity of 500 metric tons (MT) of refined sugar per day.

Davao Sugar Central

Operating as a subsidiary of FDC, Davao Sugar Central Corp. (DSCC) owns and operates a sugar mill and refinery.

Cotabato Sugar Central

Operating as a subsidiary of FDC, Cotabato Sugar Central Corp. (CSCC) owns and operates a sugar mill and refinery.

High Yield Sugar Farms

HYSFC develops owned or leased farm land into corporate sugarcane farms, all of which are located in Mindanao.
