PBCom Tower is a joint development of Filinvest Asia Corporation
and the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom). Designed by
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), world-renowned architects
and engineers of high-rise towers, the building will replace
PBCom’s former offices at the corner of Ayala Avenue and
Herrera Street. It is located in the heart of Metro Manila’s
leading business and financial center. |

Upon its completion, PBCom Tower will be the tallest and one one
of the most prominent towers along the Ayala Avenue corridor.
The 52-storey building, with a gross floor area of approximately
87,000 sqm, will have PBCom itself as a major tenant. |
