Filinvest Alabang Inc. (FAI) won two Gold Awards at the 2025 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Awards. Filinvest City received the Gold in the Master Plan category, while the Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel won in the Purpose Built category. As Gold winners, both projects are eligible to represent the Philippines on the international stage at the FIABCI World Prix d’ Excellence.
