Enye by Chele Gonzalez, the signature Spanish restaurant of Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan, proudly announces its inclusion in the Michelin Guide Philippines 2025, a remarkable recognition that marks a defining moment for Cebu’s dining landscape.

This honor places Enye among the few distinguished restaurants in the country recognized by the Michelin Guide, the world’s most respected authority in gastronomy for more than a century. The Guide’s anonymous inspectors evaluate restaurants based on five key criteria: quality of ingredients, mastery of flavor and cooking techniques, the personality of the chef as expressed through the cuisine, value for money, and consistency between visits.

Earning a Michelin Guide recommendation is a mark of excellence, signaling that a restaurant delivers outstanding food and experience worthy of international attention.

Conceptualized by Chef Chele Gonzalez, a celebrated figure in the Philippine dining landscape, Enye was created to reimagine the spirit Spanish cuisine for the modern palate, bringing together tradition and innovation in equal measure.
