Marking a milestone 70th anniversary, the Filinvest Group emerged as a winner at the 2025 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, taking home four prestigious honors that spotlight its people-first approach and group-wide HR transformation.
The recognition includes three wins for Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC) and one for subsidiary Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI), showcasing a collective achievement across the conglomerate.

Filinvest Development Corporation and Filinvest Land, Inc. earned accolades for standout initiatives that continue to build a future-ready, values-driven organization:
Silver – Achievement in Leadership Development (FDC) –For cultivating agile, purpose-driven leaders through structured, succession-oriented programs that align values with performance.
Bronze – Achievement in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (FDC) –For transforming talent acquisition into a data-driven and culture-aligned strategic function.
Bronze – Achievement in Organizational Culture (FDC) – For the One Filinvest initiative, which unified a diverse workforce under a shared identity and embedded core values into HR systems.
