Fostering Inclusion Within the Workplace

Beyond guest experiences, Filinvest ensures that inclusion is embedded within its workplace culture. Filinvest’s Shared Services team reinforces this commitment through its partnership with the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride, helping create an environment where employees feel respected, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.

Inclusion is not just limited to the four corners of our offices; it extends beyond them. Filinvest Hospitality creates a safe space to celebrate, encourage and support both guests and its employees.  

Celebrating Pride Through Community and Conversation

In Cebu, Quest Hotel Conference Center Cebu partnered with the Cebu Pride Movement to kick off Pride Month through a photo exhibit honoring notable Cebuano LGBTQIA+ personalities. This initiative also brought together conversations and performances that celebrated identity, while pushing for advocacy.

A delectable array of Pride-themed Pastries and Delicacies were featured at Puso Bistro, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the impactful programs of LoveYourself, which provides HIV awareness, counseling, and health services for the community.

#HappyToBe: A Celebration of Self-Expression and Identity

Meanwhile, Quest Hotel Conference Center Manila (formerly Crimson Hotel Filinvest City) launched its 2025 Pride campaign, #HappyToBe. The month-long celebration featured Pride-inspired offerings, an art exhibit showcasing diverse identities, and initiatives supporting LGBTQIA+ advocacy through its partnership with LoveYourselfPH.

Pride Comes to Life at Quest Hotel Clark 

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark also continues to build a culture of belonging and respect for both guests and employees through its Pride Month initiatives. Over the years, the hotel has introduced meaningful programs—from Pride-themed activations and thought leadership conversations, to its Dragtastic Night for a Cause in 2023, which supported LoveYourselfPH.

This commitment has grown year after year. In 2024, the property partnered with Clark Development Corporation for Clark’s first Pride Parade. In 2025, it further strengthened its efforts with vibrant Pride activations across the property.

This year, Baker J Café’s Pride croissant and drink promo allowed guests to get a chance to win an overnight stay, and Mequeni Live’s Pride-themed buffet featuring rainbow desserts and colorful mini burgers. The property also extended its support as the official hotel partner of the Makuleng Pulayi Pride Run, organized by Clark Development Corporation.
