Filinvest Group bags multiple esteemed awards, a commitment to growth and excellence

The Filinvest Group continuously strives for excellence, winning numerous awards and recognition for real estate, banking and finance, and hospitality. These accolades are a testament to the Group and its subsidiaries’ unwavering commitment to growth and excellence in every facet of its operations.

 

Filinvest embraced change in leadership while maintaining its legacy, helping to foster collaboration between new and established leaders to strengthen the corporation. This strategic approach, coupled with meticulous planning and sustainable goals has propelled Filinvest to achieve outstanding achievements, exemplified through different awards and recognitions across its subsidiaries.

In 2023, Filinvest Development Corporation was honored with two Golden Arrow Awards for its exemplary adherence to regional corporate governance practices at the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) annual ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards.

 

“The recognition earned by various units of the Filinvest Group at the ACGS Golden Arrow Awards is a testament to our unwavering and collective commitment to corporate governance excellence,” said FDC President and CEO Rhoda Huang for the ACGS Golden Arrow Awards Night.

 

Filinvest Hospitality Corporation (FHC) also showcased their commitment to excellence as each of their hotel brands bag several awards in 2023. Quest Plus Hotels won eight (8) awards from the Department of Tourism’s Region 3 TRES Awards in 2023. Meanwhile, Crimson Boracay received another prestigious Property Award from Conde Naste Johansens, after its first win in 2022, and Crimson Mactan likewise received an award from Conde Naste Johansens this 2023.

 

EastWest, the Group’s banking and finance subsidiary, was honored by International Finance Magazine with the Best Priority Banking Experience award in early 2023, a testament to their strong partnership ties with the stakeholders.

 

The Group’s property subsidiary, Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), received 12 accolades in 2023, one of which is from the Stevie International Business Awards. Meanwhile, Filinvest Alabang Inc. (FAI) won a total of 6 business, property, and architectural awards in 2023, including the Best Architecture Multiple Residence Philippines from Asia Pacific Property Awards.
