Filinvest Business Services Corporation (FBSC) officially inaugurated its new headquarters at the 23rd Floor of Vector Three Building, marking a significant milestone in its transformation journey. The occasion also signified its evolution into becoming the FBSC Enterprise Capability Hub (ECH), reflecting the organization’s expanded role in building enterprise-wide capabilities, driving operational excellence, and enabling transformation across the Filinvest Group.
The celebration began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by members of the Filinvest Group leadership led by Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC) Chief Operating Officer and FBSC President Ysmael V. Baysa (middle), FDC Chief Finance Officer Ven S. Guce (leftmost), client partners, FBSC ECH management committee led by SVP & Managing Head Perdasille Carlos-Mesina (second from right), and its employees. The new space now houses teams from Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Administration, and Corporate Support under one roof.
In her welcome, Mesina shared, “More importantly, this space is for our people because we believe that when you invest in the environment of your teams, you also invest in the quality of outcomes they deliver. As we open two new floors, we are expanding our capacity, capability, and ambition.”
Following the inauguration, guests were toured through the production floors through a Capability Carousel—a guided walkthrough showcasing FBSC ECH’s capabilities, digital tools, process improvements, transformation initiatives, and teams in action. Through interactive presentations, they gained a closer look at how the company continues to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and deliver greater value to its internal customers.
Since its establishment, FBSC ECH has continued to transform the way shared services are delivered across the Filinvest Group. The move to its new headquarters stands as a testament to the organization’s commitment to delivering reliable, responsive, and valueadding shared services-creating a workplace where people, processes, and technology come together to better serve the Filinvest Group.
