Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) was honored with 11 major recognitions at the FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards 2026, including Developer of the Year for the third consecutive year and Property Man of the Year awarded to its President and CEO, Tristan Las Marias. The achievement marks the third straight year that Filinvest Land has emerged among the most awarded developers in the country, underscoring the strength and breadth of its nationwide development portfolio.
The Developer of the Year distinction was anchored on multiple Gold victories across residential, office, industrial, and sustainability categories—demonstrating Filinvest Land’s ability to deliver high-quality projects across the country’s most vital real estate sectors. The recognitions reflect the breadth of the company’s nationwide portfolio and its continued role in shaping communities that connect living and livelihood.
Tristan Las Marias’ recognition as Property Man of the Year reflects his leadership in guiding the company through an evolving real estate landscape while strengthening Filinvest Land’s nationwide platform of communities, business districts, and industrial developments. The distinction marks the third time that Filinvest Land and its leaders have been recognized by the FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, following the recognition of Josephine Gotianun-Yap, former CEO and current Vice Chairman of Filinvest Land, as Property Woman of the Year in 2023, and Las Marias’ conferment of the Fellow in Real Estate Award in 2024.
Among the highlights of this year’s awards were Gold recognitions for Filinvest Innovation Park – Ciudad de Calamba and Filinvest Innovation Park – New Clark City in the Industrial Development category, both achieving back-to-back Gold awards, reinforcing Filinvest Land’s growing role in supporting manufacturing, logistics, and investment in key economic corridors.
Across the residential category, several developments from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao also earned top honors. Somerset Lane in Tarlac received Gold for Residential Low-Rise Development (North Luzon), while Futura Monte in Naga earned Gold for Residential Mid-Rise Development (South Luzon). In the Visayas and Mindanao, Sanremo Oasis in Cebu and Maldives Oasis in Davao both received Gold Awards for Residential Mid-Rise Development, highlighting the company’s continued commitment to delivering well-planned communities across the country.
Meanwhile, Havila in Rizal received Silver in the Masterplan Development category, recognizing the township’s thoughtful integration of nature, open spaces, and residential communities in one of Metro Manila’s emerging eastern growth corridors.
Filinvest Land’s office developments were also recognized, with One Filinvest in Ortigas Center winning Gold for Office Development, while Filinvest One in Alabang received Gold for Sustainable Development, highlighting the company’s focus on environmentally responsible building design and energy-efficient infrastructure.
These latest wins extend Filinvest Land’s commanding run at the FIABCI awards over the past three years. The company earned five major awards in 2024, followed by a sweep of 11 recognitions in 2025—including six Golds and two Silvers across its business segments. This sustained momentum highlights Filinvest Land’s consistent ability to deliver award-winning developments while strengthening its diversified portfolio across the country.
“These awards reflect the collective work of our teams and our continued commitment to developing communities that contribute to economic growth while improving the quality of life for Filipino families,” Las Marias said.
The continued recognition underscores Filinvest Land’s role as a diversified developer shaping communities across the Philippines—from homes and business districts to industrial parks that support economic growth. Through its growing nationwide portfolio, the company continues to advance its mission of building the Filipino dream.
