Two Botanika, a luxury residential project by Filigree, emerged as the Best Sustainable Residential Development in the Philippines at the 2026–2027 Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA) held in Bangkok on May 7, 2026 where it earned the coveted 5-star distinction in its category. For this year’s regional awards, global household solutions brand LIXIL notably selected Two Botanika as one of its sponsored project entries.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards is the regional stage of the globally recognized International Property Awards (IPA), which celebrate the highest levels of achievement in real estate, architecture, and design. Two Botanika advances to the prestigious international stage representing APAC, joining a distinguished roster of 5-star rated finalists around the world.
